    Athens Taxi Long Rides operates as an intermediary platform\/website connecting passengers with independent, licensed transportation providers. While we ensure all partners meet high professional standards, the transportation contract is strictly between the passenger and the independent driver. Consequently, Athens Taxi Long Rides shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, delays, or accidents occurring during the transport, as the sole responsibility lies with the service provider (the driver).<\/i><\/p><\/li>

  2. Maintaining a Safe and Respectful Environment:<\/strong> For the safety and comfort of all passengers and in compliance with the law, the consumption of alcohol or any kind of drugs inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this important regulation.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Respect for Our Drivers and Vehicles:<\/strong> We kindly request that you treat our drivers with respect and help us keep our vehicles clean and well-maintained. Your consideration ensures a pleasant environment for everyone and allows us to continue providing high-quality service.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Smoking Policy:<\/strong> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our vehicles, as per legal regulations and for the comfort of all passengers. If you wish to smoke, please politely ask your driver for a brief stop at a safe and appropriate location.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Our Services:<\/strong> Please note that we specialize in providing reliable airport transfers (to and from the airport) and carefully curated tours. We focus on these services to ensure we deliver the best possible experience in these areas.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Booking and Driver Preferences:<\/strong> To ensure efficient scheduling and the best possible service, all bookings and direct communication regarding your transfer or tour must be made through our official channels. It is kindly requested that you do not contact drivers directly for bookings. If you have a preferred driver from a previous excellent experience, you are welcome to request them by contacting us directly or by mentioning their name in the comments section of your submission form when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.<\/p><\/li>

  7. No Pets Policy<\/strong> For the comfort and safety of all passengers, pets are not permitted<\/strong> inside our taxi cabs, with the sole exception of service animals<\/strong> as required by law.<\/li><\/ol>

    • Punctuality:<\/strong> We strive for punctuality; however, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare instances.<\/li>
    • Luggage:<\/strong> Please inform us in advance if you have oversized or excessive luggage to ensure we can provide a suitable vehicle.<\/li>
    • Cancellations and Amendments:<\/strong> We understand that plans can sometimes change. To assist us in managing our drivers’ schedules efficiently and ensuring availability for all our valued clients, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or modifications to your booking at least 24 hours (1 day) before<\/strong> your scheduled pick-up or tour time.<\/li>
    • Lost and Found:<\/strong> While our drivers take great care, we cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left behind in the vehicle. If you believe you have left an item, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.<\/li><\/ul>

All drivers bear sole responsibility for the provision of their services and full compliance with the law. Athens Taxi Long Rides acts as a coordinator\/facilitator and shall not be held liable for the execution of the transport service provided by its independent partners.<\/p>
