Professional Associate Drivers: All transfers are operated by our network of independent, fully licensed, and experienced professional associate drivers who speak English.
Luggage Limits: Please choose your vehicle class carefully based on the maximum luggage limits stated above. If you carry oversized items (e.g., strollers, golf clubs, or extra boxes), you must book a Minivan.
Child Seats Policy: Child safety seats are not provided for standard transfers. They can only be arranged for full-day tours upon request, subject to a small extra charge. Please note that parents/guardians are solely responsible for requesting, securing, and supervising their children’s safety seats.
Internet Access: No built-in public Wi-Fi is guaranteed. However, our associate drivers can share a mobile hotspot from their personal devices during the trip upon request.
Refreshments: Complimentary bottled water is provided for all long-distance trips.
