FAQ
Airport Pickups, Fleet & Onboard Policies
How will I meet my driver for an airport pickup?
To ensure a smooth and convenient meeting at the airport, we instruct our clients to directly contact their assigned driver upon arrival. You will receive your driver’s contact information (usually a phone number) via SMS or at WhatsApp, shortly before your scheduled pickup time. Upon landing, your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS with their details. Once you collect your luggage, simply notify your driver which Exit Gate (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) you are near. Your driver will pick you up at the middle arrival lane directly outside your exit gate, saving you time and long walks with heavy bags.
Why do I need to contact the driver? Can't they just wait at a specific spot?
Airports can be busy and have designated pickup zones that may not always be the most efficient for a quick meeting. By contacting your driver, you can coordinate a precise and convenient meeting point within the airport. This allows for flexibility based on your arrival gate, baggage claim location, and any specific instructions from the airport authorities.
What information should I share with the driver when I contact them?
When you contact your driver, please provide them with:
- Your name: So they can easily identify you.
- Your arrival terminal and gate number: This helps them navigate to your location.
- A description of yourself or what you are wearing: This can aid in visual identification, especially in crowded areas.
- Your preferred meeting point: You can suggest a well-known landmark within the terminal or a designated pickup zone. The driver will be familiar with the airport layout and can also suggest a convenient spot.
What if I can't find my driver after contacting them?
If you have contacted your driver and are having trouble locating them, please stay in a safe and easily identifiable location. Call the driver again to provide more specific details about your whereabouts. If you are still unable to connect, please contact our dispatch center at +306939871164 and we will assist you in locating your driver.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We understand that flight delays can occur. We monitor flight arrival times when possible. However, it’s always a good idea to inform your driver or our dispatch center as soon as you are aware of a significant delay. This allows the driver to adjust their arrival time accordingly and minimizes any waiting time for both parties.

To avoid walking a long distance with heavy bags to the designated pre-booked parking area, your driver will drive up directly to the arrivals middle lane (island) right outside the terminal exit for a quick and convenient curb-side pickup.
Who will be operating my transfer?
All transfers are operated by our network of independent, fully licensed, and experienced professional associate drivers who speak English and operate modern, non-smoking vehicles.
Do you provide child safety seats?
Child safety seats are not provided for standard transfers. They can only be arranged for full-day tours upon request, subject to a small extra charge. Please note that parents/guardians are solely responsible for requesting, securing, and supervising their children’s safety seats.
Is there Wi-Fi available during the ride?
It is up to the individual driver-partner to decide whether to provide Wi-Fi. It is NOT a mandatory or guaranteed feature of the vehicle.
What happens if my luggage exceeds the vehicle limits?
Please review our vehicle luggage capacities carefully before booking. If your luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of a Sedan or Station Wagon (including bulky items like strollers), you must book a 9-seater Minivan to ensure a safe and legal transfer.
What happens if my flight or ferry is delayed? What is your waiting time policy?
We track all flight and ferry arrivals in real-time, so your driver will be waiting for you upon actual arrival. To ensure a stress-free experience, we offer an industry-leading 70 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the exact moment your aircraft lands or your ship docks. If exceptional delays (such as luggage delays or customs inspection) exceed 70 minutes, an additional waiting fee of €15 per 30 minutes applies.
