These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website https://athenstaxilongrides.com and the booking of private taxi transfer services (“Services”) provided by Athens Taxi Long Rides. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our website, by email at info@athenstaxilongrides.com, or by phone.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off locations, date, time, and contact details.
A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed on the website or quoted via email and are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment methods include cash to the driver or bank transfer in advance (if agreed).
All prices include VAT and other applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the fare).
Changes to booking details are accepted up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
4. Delays and No-Shows
For airport pickups, the driver monitors your flight and adjusts the pickup time in case of delays.
In the case of no-show by the passenger without prior notice, the full fare may be charged.
5. Luggage Policy
Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on. Please inform us in advance for excess or oversized luggage.
We reserve the right to refuse transport of excessive luggage not declared during booking.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must behave respectfully during the ride and follow all safety instructions from the driver.
Smoking, illegal substances, or excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed in the vehicle.
7. Liability
Athens Taxi Long Rides is not liable for delays due to force majeure (e.g., traffic, weather, strikes).
We are not responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle after the trip.
8. Child Seats
Child seats or booster seats can be provided upon request during booking. Please specify the child’s age.
9. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected during the booking process is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Airport and Port Arrivals All reservations for airport or port arrivals shall only be considered valid
upon receipt of the official booking form (PDF), duly completed with the passenger’s full name and
the corresponding flight or ferry reservation number.
2. Child Safety Seats Partner taxis do not provide child restraint systems. In accordance with safety
regulations, parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for ensuring that children under the
age of twelve (12) travel with the appropriate child safety seat.
3. Local Transfers within Attica Reservations for transfers originating within Attica and destined to
any location must be reconfirmed via WhatsApp or telephone no later than the day prior to the
scheduled transfer. – Cancellations made up to and including the day prior to the transfer shall not
incur any charge. – Cancellations made on the same day of service (last-minute cancellations) shall
be subject to a cancellation fee of thirty euros (€30).
4. Long-Distance Transfers to Attica For reservations originating from distant locations with
destination Attica, the Customer is required to prepay fifty percent (50%) of the total fare as a
deposit in order for the booking to be confirmed.
